Whether you have a question about Support at Home, want help finding a provider, or spotted something on the site we should fix — here’s how to reach us.

Looking for help with home care? Use the enquiry form

If you want help understanding your options or finding a provider, the enquiry form is the fastest route. It asks for the few details we need — your postcode, your situation, how to reach you — so we can respond usefully the first time, rather than going back and forth by email.

Ready when you are

Tell us where you’re up to — just starting out, stuck on the waitlist, or unhappy with a provider — and we’ll take it from there.

Everything else: email us

For general questions, feedback, media or anything that isn’t a care enquiry, email hello@homecarehelp.com.au. We read everything, and we aim to reply within a few business days.

Spotted an out-of-date figure? Tell us

Support at Home figures change often — budgets, caps, waitlist numbers, median prices. We work hard to keep every page current, but if you’ve found something we’ve missed, we genuinely want to know. Email hello@homecarehelp.com.au with the page and the figure, and we’ll check it against the official sources and fix it. Corrections are logged on our What’s changed page when they matter to readers.

What we can’t do

We can’t access your My Aged Care record, check your assessment status, or move anyone up the National Priority System queue — no one outside the government can. For anything about your record, your assessment or your place in the queue, call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or visit myagedcare.gov.au.
