Find a home care provider

Last updated 20 August 2026

Provider details verified August 2026

An independent directory of Support at Home providers, city by city. We list who services each area, what they offer, and any pricing they publish — then help you make contact when you’re ready.

Two things to know upfront. First, we gate contact details behind a “View contact details” button so we can offer to check a provider’s current capacity before you spend time calling around — or you can simply ask us and we’ll do the legwork. Second, how we’re funded: we may receive a fee from providers when we refer you. That never changes what we write or who we list, our listings aren’t exhaustive, and a listing is never an endorsement — the full national register is always available through My Aged Care.

How it works

  1. Browse your city

    A few minutes

Open your city’s page below to see providers who service the area — their services, coverage and any published pricing, side by side.

  2. View details, or ask us

    When you’re ready

Use “View contact details” on any provider that looks right, or tell us your suburb and needs and we’ll shortlist providers with genuine availability.

  3. We connect you

    Free, no obligation

We introduce you to the provider, they take it from there, and you compare offers before signing anything. You can walk away at any point.

We can still help. Tell us your town or postcode and what help you need — we’ll check which registered providers genuinely cover your area, including regional and remote options.

Common questions

Is this directory complete?

No. We list a selection of registered providers in each city, not every one — and being listed isn’t an endorsement or a quality rating. Under Support at Home you can use any registered provider. The complete national register is searchable through My Aged Care (myagedcare.gov.au or 1800 200 422).

Why don’t you just show phone numbers?

Because a phone number alone often wastes your time — the biggest frustration we hear is calling several providers only to find none can start for months. When you ask for a provider’s details, we can also check whether they currently have capacity in your suburb, so you only spend energy on realistic options. If you’d rather skip that, contact us and we’ll shortlist for you.

How is Home Care Help funded?

We may receive a fee from providers when we refer you to them. This is disclosed on every page, it never changes what we write or the order providers appear in, and our help is always free to you. You’re never obliged to choose a provider we introduce — or to use our introduction service at all.
