These organisations are registered for Support at Home — the program that replaced Home Care Packages in November 2025 — and service Bendigo and surrounding districts. Under Support at Home you choose your own provider, providers set their own prices, and you can switch at any time without a new assessment.

Bendigo’s market mixes the public hospital service — Bendigo Health, which coordinates aged care at home across nine Loddon Mallee council areas — with state-wide not-for-profits like Benetas and Care Connect, newer locally owned franchises (Pearl arrived in 2023, alongside Just Better Care), and locally headquartered regional specialist Your Care.
Published local rates (for example, personal care around $118/hr) are comparable to metro pricing, but coverage beyond Greater Bendigo into shires like Loddon and Buloke thins out quickly, with the public provider carrying much of the remote load.
